Based in Venice, Italy, inNave is an off ice for a broad range of naval architecture
and marine engineer related services.
Our experiences through the most diverse sectors of naval industries make us capable
of dealing with a vast field of nautical tasks, from the first concepts and ideas, through the interior
and exterior design, to the finished product management.
We feel confident enough to be your 360° consultant at every step of your nautical product.
Having worked on nearly anything f loating, from restoring traditional wooden boats,
designing award-winning sailing yachts, converting barges, designing dock gates, dredges, passenger ships,
military and supply vessels, to motor yachts. We think we might help you to realize your ideas

Andrea Bortolato
Founder, Marine Engineer
Born in Mestre, Andrea starts his business together with the father Giorgio,
a long-time naval engineer. Together
they develop many projects for commercial and passenger ships, as well as dredgers and inland navigation boats. They worked together with a lot of shipyards of northern Italy. After a long activity with his father, he meet again Giuseppe, years after
their time at the university,
and founded inNave.
Giuseppe Fanello
Founder, Marine Engineer
Born in Venice, Giuseppe has always been
on board, initially rowing and restoring
old traditional boats, then exploring the
Venice lagoon with lug sailing boat.
Graduating at the University of Trieste,
he worked for a fiberglass motor yacht
design studio attending the shipyard in
Tuscany. After a couple of years at a
custom-made interior for cruise ship
company, he joined Andrea, a university
mate, founding inNave a few years later.
We created a dozen members great team, introducing talents
from all levels of the organization: from graduates of high technical potential
to experienced and highly skilled professionals.
We believe that a team is able to mitigate difficulties and that collective commitment
can become a source of harmony and creativity.
